Operation instruction:
How to use this meat thermometer:
1. Press the COOK button to enter cooking mode, OF/OFF button to turn on/off .
2. One side to connect the data cable, data cable heat resistance is up to 300℃(482℉).
3. Fahrenheit and Celsius switchable, you can choose one of it as you like.
4. Pressregular triangle button to choose high temperature, and inverted triangle button low temperature.
5. Insert the needle into the cooking food, The temperature of the food shows in the left of the thermometer screen display.

How to use the timer:
1. Press the TIMER button to enter timing mode.
2. Can be accurate to minute(MIN) and second(SEC), press the MIN to set minutes, and SEC to set seconds.
3. Press S/S to turn on and off the timer.
4. Reset the timer: Press the MIN and SEC in the same time.
